Shipping Policy
If the product is in stock, it will be shipped within up to 5 business days. For items that are not in stock, the shipping time will be indicated on the corresponding product page.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on the destination. The shipping carrier will be determined at the time of dispatch.
Xtellar is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs.
A tracking number will be provided once the order has been shipped.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
To initiate a return, please contact us at casaxtellar@gmail.com, including your order number and the reason for the return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item arrives damaged or defective.
Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with the original packaging.
Once the return is received and its condition verified, a refund or exchange will be processed accordingly.
Custom-made products are non-returnable.
