SHIPPING LOCATIONS

We ship from Spain to the European Union, the United States, and selected international destinations.

SHIPPING OPTIONS AND RATES

Available shipping options and rates are displayed at checkout according to the delivery destination and the shipping method selected.

Where indicated at checkout, standard shipping is included in the product price and is not charged separately. Express or upgraded shipping options may be available for an additional fee.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law or stated in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

DUTIES, IMPORT TAXES, AND CUSTOMS FEES

EUROPEAN UNION

Orders shipped within the European Union are not subject to import customs duties when shipped between EU Member States.

Any applicable taxes are handled according to the information displayed at checkout and applicable law.

UNITED STATES

All orders shipped to the United States are sent with duties and import taxes prepaid under Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) terms.

The applicable duties and import taxes are included in the product price. Customers should not normally be charged additional duties or import taxes upon delivery.

This applies provided that the shipping information supplied by the customer is accurate and the shipment is processed using the appropriate DDP service.

REST OF THE WORLD

For destinations outside the European Union and the United States, duties and import taxes are not included or prepaid unless expressly stated at checkout.

Any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, customs handling charges, or other import-related costs are the responsibility of the customer.

These charges are determined by the destination country and may depend on the product classification, declared value, and local regulations.

REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE SHIPMENTS

If a shipment is refused, cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address, or is returned to us, any refund will only be processed after the item has been received back and inspected.

Return shipping, customs handling, brokerage fees, and other non-recoverable costs may be deducted from the refund, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

For destinations where duties and import taxes are not prepaid, any costs arising from unpaid customs charges may also be deducted from the refund.

SHIPPING DELAYS

Delivery may be affected by postal services, shipping carriers, customs procedures, incorrect delivery information, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
