We ship from Spain to the European Union and selected international destinations.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. As all items are handmade, processing times may vary slightly during busy periods.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and selected shipping method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs procedures, or circumstances beyond our control.

Customs Duties and Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid by the customer.

Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

If a shipment is refused by the customer or returned to us due to unpaid customs charges or an incorrect address, the order will be refunded only after the item has been received back. Any shipping, return, or customs-related costs incurred will be deducted from the refund.
